This is our most popular and most requested service. Our fully fluent English speaking assistant will meet you on arrival and take you to your hotel via the mode of transport that you prefer. During the journey and after checking in the assistant will explain about Venice, its customs and traditions, providing tips and hints to get the most out of your stay and of course not forgetting an detailed explanations on the waterbus system and how to get around. We also provide a local map.
Rail transfers

Meet and Greet – Available for some Railway Station arrivals.
After your journey our assistant will meet you at the end of the platform and escort you to your water taxi. The taxi will then take you to the hotel dock or the nearest landing area.
Departure taxis
These are usually without an assistant and are booked according to your travel plans. Early mornings not a problem!

We only offer taxi on departure only when booked in conjunction with an arrival service. Simply as on arrival if there are any problems then our assistants will deal with it not you.

Our driver will meet you on arrival and take you to your destination, all cars and drivers are of a high standard. Water taxis can also be arranged in conjunction with your land transfer
